1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Deep Conversations for Couples (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with anyone other than your paired partner within the App.

4. Description of Service

Deep Conversations for Couples provides daily conversation prompts designed to help couples communicate more deeply. The App is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. We make no guarantees about relationship outcomes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans and one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed through Apple. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
• Prices may change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including your answers to conversation prompts. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to your paired partner within the App.

We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Deep Conversations for Couples is not a mental health service. The App does not provide therapy, counseling, or professional advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional help, please contact a licensed professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or loss of data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the App operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
